Thank you for visiting and shopping at Progressive Automations. All products listed on the website are in stock and available for shipping to any country in the world. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekend. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping methods
We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our larger items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service. If you would like to arrange a different shipping method or carrier please contact our customer service department at 1-800-676-6123.
Customs duties and taxes
Customers in USA and Canada do not pay duty taxes or brokerage fees. All shipments outside USA and Canada may have import fees upon the delivery, will vary from country to country. For more information about import policies please check with your customs department in your country.

Return Policy
Progressive Automations has the highest QC standards during the production and post production stages. Our products are tested thoroughly before shipping. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
Time period
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

RMA steps
Please follow the steps to complete a return:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- 1.Call us at 1-800-676-6123 or email at sales@progressiveautomations.com to obtain an RMA number.
- 2.Please include the provided RMA document in the package, which will indicate where the product(s) should be returned.
- 3.Ship the product(s) being returned back to us and forward a copy of the tracking information for timely processing of the RMA.
- 4.Once the package is received, refunds are processed within 1 to 5 business days. For exchanges, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Progressive Automations.

Restocking fees

Exceptions
We do not take returns or exchanges on custom orders. We will not refund or exchange a product that has been modified, used or damaged.
