Shipping & Returns

Returns:

Everyone seems to love our linear actuators and returns are very rare, mainly due to the design changes of customer's applications.  However, if you are not satisfied with a product bought at Progressive Automations, it is possible to return it for refund within 10 days of receipt (30 days for an exchange).  You must first advise us at sales@progressiveautomations.com prior to returning the product.   The 25% restocking fee may apply for refunds or exchanges and shipping charges will be charged to cover the original shipping fee.  The restocking fee and shipping charge will not apply if the return is a result of our error.  We will not refund or exchange the product that was used, modified, or damaged.  The conditions for returns are as follows;

 

  • email sales@progressiveautomations.com to receive instructions for return and RMA number
  • ship the actuators back to us within 10 days of receipt (30 days for an exchange)
  • state your reasons for return or exchange

 

The returns sent back to us without RMA number might get misplaced in our warehouses that will cause the delay for the refund or exchange.

 

For custom orders, returns and refunds are not possible.  Therefore, for quantity purchases of custom order units please make sure to try out a sample unit first.

All actuators on the website are in stock and available to ship out same day.  We offer the following shipping methods :

 

  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days within US and Canada)
  • UPS 3 Day Air
  • UPS Expedited (2 Day Air)
  • UPS Express (Next Day Air PM)
  • UPS Priority Express (Next Day Air AM)
