Product Overview: All 12 volt actuators show on the website are in stock and available to ship out the same day the order is placed.  These 12 volt actuators are small in size with ability to lift from small to high force.  Each unit comes with 2 wires (4-Pin connector at the end if required), internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on each end.  They are very popular in furniture, medical equipment, consumer products, and hobby design.  The in-stock products include force of 200 lbs or 400 lbs with strokes from 2" to 24".  For custom order options please read the section below.  Please use our PDF file available for each model that includes the information such as dimensions, hole to hole size, current and speed.

Controls: All actuators available from Progressive Automations are 12 volt dc linear actuators and can be used with our control boxes if AC power is required.  The control boxes would convert AC to DC power.  The control boxes come with different functions such as controlling 12 volt actuators simultaneously or non-simultaneously using a wired or wireless hand remote.  This model of actuators already come with a 4-pin connector attached to the wires, the 4-pin connector is used to attach the 12 volt actuator to the control box.   For customers that require the DC power only a 12V power supply and rocker switch can be used.  Both items are available on our website.  On how to wire a 12 volt linear actuator to the rocker switch please visit the Downloads Section of the website and select Rocker Switch Wiring PDF. Mounting: All 12 volt actuators have mounting holes on each end which makes mounting the unit an easy job.  Please use BRK-02 mounting brackets for this model for the maximum of 2 mounting brackets for each unit. Custom Orders: If you require a 12 volt actuator which is not sold on our website, we can custom make it for you.  Our custom work includes modifying the voltage, force, speed, stroke, hole sizes, hole position, wire length and wire end connectors.  The stroke can be modified in increments of 0.2 inches from 0.5 inch up to 40 inch stroke size.  The force can be adjusted to a minimum of 120 lbs and maximum of 1,000 lbs.  Please see the table below for custom force options available and their corresponding speeds.  The voltage for 12 volt actuators can be modified to 24 VDC or 36 VDC.  We can adjust the hole sizes as well as the position of holes.  To place custom orders please give us a call.       Warranty: All 12 volt actuators and accessories available from Progressive Automations come with 18 month warranty.  Please visit Terms & Conditions Section of the website for more information about the warranty.  We provide substantial amount of information such as videos, 3D models, wiring diagrams, articles, PDF files and blog comments about our products and how to use them.  We encourage our customers to use all the resources available to learn about our linear actuators and how to use them.   The following force and speed modification available for linear actuators;
