Given the many types and specifications of the actuators, it would be impossible for us to have all the units on hand.  If you are having difficulty finding the actuator you require, please call or email us to have the unit customized.  With our custom order option it is possible to buy linear actuators with various stroke sizes and force.   
 
All of Progressive Automations’ actuators can be customized based on stroke size, force, voltage or dimensions.  Please note that all custom orders will take from 5 to 6 business days to manufacture.  There is no minumum order quantity required for customers wishing to buy linear actuators with custom specifications.  Our company can produce up to 200,000 custom actuators per month.  We offer discounts on custom units for order of quantity of 10 or more. Expidited shipping can be provided at additional cost - please contact us for more details regarding custom orders in any quantity.

PA-14 Actuator Model:

• Customize force to 350 lbs with speed of 0.27
• Customize voltage 24 VDC and 36 VDC
• Customize any stroke size not  in stock up to 24"
• Customize actuator mounitng holes
• Customize internal limit switches

PA-02 Actuator Model:

• Customize force to 120lbs, 160 lbs, 250 lbs, 350 lbs, 830 lbs and 1,000 lbs (speed 0.24" per second to 1.50" per second depending on the force)
• Customize voltage 24 VDC and 36 VDC
• Customize any stroke size not  in stock up to 40"
• Customize actuator mounitng holes and position
• Customize internal limit switches
• Customize the wired connector
• Customize dimensions

PA-14P Actuator Model:

• Customize force to 50 lbs with speed of 1.18" per second
• Customize voltage 24 VDC and 36 VDC
• Customize any stroke size not  in stock up to 24"
• Customize actuator mounitng holes
• Customize internal limit switches
• Customize the wired connector
• Customize dimensions
• Customize internal potentiometer

PA-17 Actuator Model:

• Customize voltage 24 VDC and 36 VDC
• Customize any stroke size not  in stock up to 40 inches (stroke sizes above 25" will come without limit switches)

• Customize internal limit switches

• Customize dimensions
• Customize to include potentiometer

Control Boxes:
