Conditions of Use

Discounts:

We offer discounts on purchasing 10 or more units at one time.  Please contact us for more information at sales@progressiveautomations.com

Taxes:

5% GST will be added to all orders delivered in Canada (HST of 12% for BC and HST of 13% for Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Labrador).

Taxes will not be charged for orders outside of Canada. 

For shipments outside of Canada and United States you may have import fees or duties charges upon delivery, will vary from country to country.  For more information check with Customs department in your country about the import policies.  Customers in USA and Canada do not pay duty taxes.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product bought at Progressive Automations, it is possible to return it for refund within 10 days of receipt (30 days for an exchange) subject to approval.  You must first advise us at sales@progressiveautomations.com prior to returning the product.   The 25% restocking fee may apply for refunds or exchanges and shipping charges will be charged to cover the original shipping fee.  The restocking fee and shipping charge will not apply if the return is a result of our error.  We will not refund or exchange the product that was used, modified, or damaged.

For custom orders, returns and refunds are not possible as the product cannot be resold.  We urge our customers to buy sample units prior to making quantity purchases to make sure custom actuators will work for your application.    

Warranty:

Progressive Automations offers 18 month warranty on all products and parts purchased from our website.  No warranty for products damaged as a result of improper installation, usage or usage in extreme environments.

Safety:

Progressive Automations is not liable for the damaged caused from the use of linear actuators.  It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and usage to avoid occurrences that can cause harm in any way.

Payment Methods

PayPal:  We accept PayPal during the on-line payment process. 

Visa, Master Card and American Express: We accept credit cards during the on-line payment process.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Certified checks or money order:  We accept certified checks issued by your bank or by money order.  These payments methods are only accepted for orders in Canada and USA only.  Once we receive your check or money order, your product will be shipped out.

Wire Transfer:  You can do a wire transfer directly to Progressive Automation’s bank account.
